Ruchi Jain, an alumna of SCET, Surat, graduated in 2000 and furthered her academic journey with a master's degree in Town and Regional Planning from SVNIT, Surat, in 2002. With a rich professional history, she served as the head of the planning department at Surat's renowned firm, D.P.V.I.C. where she played a crucial role in overseeing the planning team and successfully completing town planning schemes for various entities, including the Anjar Development Authority, Surat Urban Development Authority, and Surat Municipal Corporation. Following this, she held the position of Vice President, Planning, at Gian P Mathur and Associates, Delhi. Later she joined her own firm “Manish Jain and associates” in year 2016. Her technical expertise and strategic vision has helped the firm to grow rapidly. Over the past 20 years, Ruchi has successfully led the completion of numerous group housing and large-scale township projects, commercial and institutional projects earning her several national accolades. Her expertise in projects related to green building is particularly noteworthy, as it reflects a commitment to sustainable and environmentally friendly practices in the construction and development industry
